Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Brief Description : The aspiring candidate would have demonstrated performance in a digital B2C business, either in community building / wallet / APP, including the formulation of the strategy, implementation plan, resource estimation and successful roll out to meet desired targets.

Experience : 4-5 years

Education : Graduate any.Marketing Specialization preferred.-

Certifications : Google/Bing Certification.

Detailed Requirements

1. Prepare a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and implementation plan, with clear and elaborate activities for Design optimization, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.

2. Provide a detailed plan with sites for RSS syndication, frequency of newsletters, blogs, videos and other content that would be essential and relevant for the online business to meet its objectives.

3. Have absolute clarity on Organic SEO and guide a team of professionals to achieve targets and benchmarks agreed upon.

4. Provide inputs to the Content team for designs and content that need to be dovetailed into the extended digital ecosystem of the Online business to meet business metrics.-

5. In-depth knowledge on licensing the appropriate software for SEO and SEM activities.

6. Has demonstrated successful digital campaigns of an Online business / Mobile APP that has a minimum user base of 100K.

7. Prepare, maintain and develop a "Competitive positioning and Analysis" of the Online business with the competition.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A motivator who can set goals for the team, provide strategic direction and is goal-driven.

Salary : 6-7 Lakhs per annum plus performance incentives
