1. Client co-ordination
2. Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
3. Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
4. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and resolving issues to the concern.
5. Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied after throughout the process of order to collection.
6. Well-versed with advance excel skills i.e. Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Formulas and Functions.
