Job Location : Mumbai/Gurugram
- Assume responsibility for client management including overall responsibility for leading a set of clients.
- Manage and grow senior-level client relationships to assure internal and external stakeholders' alignment, by negotiating and managing client expectations and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans.
Provide strategic counsel to key clients and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and competitors.
- Provide technical inputs, analysis, conceptualizing solutions, and preparing reports, plans, and presentations.
- Communicate with clients, raise new issues, and take charge of client meetings.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, business, and regulatory environment.
- Initiate and maintain cross-office/group interaction.
