PPFAS - Branch Manager - Sales (7-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for the Branch Sales (all channels)
- Assume full accountability in the Branch, smooth operational flow, client services and all audit compliance at the branch.
- Build strong relationship with investors & key distributors (IFAs, National Distributors, Bank Channels etc.
- Accountable for the P & L and to ensure that the revenue targets are met.
- Drive sales of new products and Monitor performance and ensure learning and development of the team, enhance market share as well as revenue
- Leadership, product knowledge and team handling skills required
- Ensuring the highest level of service to the client and maintaining it.
- Encourage investors to invest through online portal
- Create visibility and reputation of the Branch and the Company by showcasing our products and performances to walk in customers and distributors
Qualifications for the role :
- B.Com or M.Com Graduate (minimum) & should be NISM Certified
- 7 - 8 years of relevant experience. Local candidate's from AMC's need only apply.
