Job Description:
1. You should have knowledge about Provisional Stores/Retail Outlet in your Area/Hub
2. By explaining the benefit of Flipkart and Provisional Stores/Retail Outlet to enroll them.
3. Need to enroll min 40 to 50 Provisional Stores/Retail Outlet
4. Need to visit target Provisional Stores/Retail Outlet on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
5. Need to give training and Coaching of Flipkart process, Products, Operations and Delivery
6. Need to engage with stores to improve their business and increase retention
7. To drive the stores against Goals (CSAT, Delivery %, Cash Reconciliation, etc)
Salary: upto 15K + 2000 (Allowance)
Incentives: 4K (Based on Performance)
