Powerhouse91 - Executive - Brand Management - eCommerce Vertical (2-10 yrs)
We're looking for an experienced E-commerce professional to manage and scale our family of brands on third-party online marketplace businesses i.e. Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. Ideal candidates are generalists who can completely own the growth of our E-commerce brands through the identification and execution of various growth levers.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Innovation
- Develop a clean innovation funnel & work with cross-functional teams to deliver on the same.
- Developing new categories within the brand along with NPD responsibilities
- Analyzing & reviewing market response/requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals.
- Monitor market share performance of brand across various markets and implement area-specific plans
- Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills that enable you to work across, and engage with, internal and external teams.
- Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Creation of brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan
- Developing annual brand plans in partnership with insight teams, Leading cross-functional innovation teams.
2. Competitive Intelligence
- Collect & recraft plans as applicable
- Deliver on Market shares & business goals
- Ensuring profit targets are achieved, margins maintained & expenses controlled.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience In similar roles
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing - Amazon PPC & Google Adwords.
- Good writing skills. Search Engine Optimisation.
- Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and a demonstrably creative thinker
- Ability to take independent ownership.
