We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Developer to join our startup team. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and generate results will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and prospect potential clients, both individuals and businesses, through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.


- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities for business growth.


- Present product/service offerings to clients, highlighting their unique value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client. Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.


Requirements :

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a startup environment. Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques, with a track record of successfully closing deals.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.


- Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.


- Knowledge of the industry or market segment relevant to the startup's offerings. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Salary Structure:

The salary for this position will be based on either a fixed salary or a percentage of the project, depending on the candidate's preference and agreement with the company. Both options will be considered, and the final compensation structure will be mutually agreed upon during the hiring process.
