Job Description :
- Taking handover of orders from sales team & ensuring delivery product
- Ensuring error-free installation & balances at consumers' sites
- Provides timely service to customers post installation
- Dealing with post sales calls for customer satisfaction
- Retaining customers by providing relevant product as per their requirement
Job Criteria :
- 1- 2 years of Experience in Post Sales Service or After sales service
- Providing service on the good sold by the sales team
- Must have management & customer handling skills
- Team Handling & interpersonal skills
- B Tech In Civil Required
- Travel for handling customer calls if required
- Excellent Communication skill
