Job Summary :

- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and market share growth. The candidate will have a deep understanding of our products, target audience, and competitive landscape, and be responsible for creating compelling product messaging, positioning, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who loves product marketing, aspires to be a holistic marketer and gain experience in account-based marketing and sales enablement.

- The role provides an opportunity to drive execution of a range of GTM, sales enablement and messaging & positioning initiatives across our SaaS products targeted to Enterprises such as large QSR chains, Fast-Casuals, Cloud Kitchens and premium Fine-Dining restaurants across the globe. They will collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to enable decision-making based on solid quantitative analysis and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities :

1. Product messaging and positioning : Develop product positioning and messaging, sales tracks, customer presentations, case studies and other collaterals

2. Website content management : Own and manage all the content that goes up on the website, improving conversion across the website, product pages, blog, landing pages, etc.

3. Own and oversee database management : segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture and lead management.

4. Measuring campaign performance with granular tracking of relevant KPIs, including but not limited to MQLs, impressions, clicks, web visitors, downloads, etc

5. Optimize product-specific campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to increase product awareness and credibility.

6. Continuously monitor and report on product marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Skillset :

1. You have a degree in marketing/communications or 3-4 years of experience doing marketing for a b2b company, ideally within the SaaS or software industry.

2. You have experience with some/all of the marketing tools we use: WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Hubspot Marketing Panel and Salesforce CRM

3. Must be familiar with CRO tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO

4. You thrive in a dynamic role and enjoy strategy, implementation, and content creation equally.

5. You have strong copywriting skills and a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
