- Industry research, writing & analysis : Produce timely, actionable, and original insights. You will be tasked with understanding our unique data and information through both primary & secondary research with software buyers in the F&B industry
- Audience mapping : Analyze trend through internal data and external data to identify TG in global markets (US, Latam Europe, Gulf, Southeast Asia)
- Conduct surveys : Moderate qualitative and quantitative interviews with restaurateurs across the globe via email/ social media/ surveys
- Analyst engagement : Build relationships with a fellow industry analyst to co-create Reports/ whitepapers
- Track Industry insights : Track and update industry activities including industry and customer trends in the F&B industry
- Market analysis : Perform market analysis to evaluate potential markets, product demand to support the strategic objectives of the company
