Job Description :

At Posist, the Sales Executive is primarily responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects. Be responsible for all sales numbers for Cloud Based POS Software - across hotels & restaurants. Close deals to drive numbers and impact the top line in every aspect. Maintain a database of all cold and hot prospects or any enquiries received efficiently.

Responsibilities :

(1) Lead discovery meetings to determine customers' challenges and deliver demons to align our solution with customer needs

(2) Drive enterprise account strategy in opening up new opportunities with large enterprise customers in global markets like the Middle East, UK, Latin America, and Indian subcontinent

(3) Map out strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey to innovate your go-to-market tactics

(4) Provide feedback to the product team about feature enhancements that can address customer needs and deliver additional business value

(5) Stay up to date with competitive analysis and market differentiation

(6) Prepare reports on a periodic basis capturing the lead qualification status

(7) Maintain high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Requirements :

(1) 2-6 years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Professional in the IT industry

(2) The incumbent should have excellent communication skills

(3) Experience in selling software services & IT Hardware products in the past

(4) Experience in selling ERP or POS solutions will be an advantage.

(5) Should have strong negotiation and convincing skills
