Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Executive - Renewals to join our dynamic team at Posist. As a Key Account Executive - Renewals, you will play a critical role in ensuring the ongoing success of our B2B SaaS customers by driving the renewal process. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to facilitate seamless renewals and help maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Renewal Management:

- Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio of B2B SaaS customers.

- Proactively engage with customers prior to their contract expiration to understand their needs, address any concerns, and present renewal options.

- Collaborate with the Account Management Team and Sales Team to develop renewal strategies tailored to each customer's specific situation.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of renewal activities, communications, and

contract details in CRM and other relevant systems.

Negotiation and Pricing :

- Work with customers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for renewal contracts, while aligning with company guidelines .

- Position the value of our solutions and address customer inquiries related to pricing, features, and contract terms.

Customer Relationship Building:

- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to their needs.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices that can benefit the customer's business.

Escalation Management:

- Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues that arise during the renewal process, partnering with appropriate teams to find solutions.

Requirements:

- Experience successfully managing renewals, exceeding targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and industry trends is a plus.
