The Fintech-NBFC has penetrated across tier-2, tier-3 and tier-4 cities in India with a focus on farmers, small business owners and retail customers. They already have products across lending, investments and insurance with physical branches across 30+ locations.
About the role
- Portfolio Manager - Fixed Investment Product will be responsible for handling the overall existing fixed deposit business across all the branches in India. The role will have 4 different channels to grow the acquisition of retail customers
- National Distrubutors
- Own Contacts/Referrals
- IFAs
- Branch Customers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers
- Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements
- Provide accurate information about our investment products, including their features, benefits, and -returns
- Address customer queries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers regularly to build long-term relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales of investment products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections
- Knowledge of investment products, including Fixed Deposits, Insurance Products, and Investments
