Portea Medical - Product Manager (3-5 yrs)
Product Development : Creating a product based on the user behaviour and market plus need analysis. Constant feedback to fuel the product cycle.
Acquisition: Owning and managing different acquisition channels such as BTL, BE, Existing customer base, Tele- sales etc.
Customer Engagement : Designing and enabling communication at various touch-points
Managing escalations when required and liaison with different teams to deliver the product well.
New Initiatives : Proactive ownership of new initiatives
HR/ Team management : Managing and aiding in delivery of individual KRA of Team Members.
Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly Reporting of Team Performance
