Major Responsibilities :


1. Meeting patients and doctors at assigned hospitals to sell Portea Services.

2. Ensure 100% target achievement within given timelines.

3. Needs to plan and forecast the sales target and numbers monthly/ quarterly and yearly.

4. Owns and manages performance of team members assigned directly/indirectly.

5. Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base.

6. Provide and promote new business ideas and initiatives to improve the overall business of the account.

7. Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within the Hospital.

8. Support and work jointly with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of the leads.

9. Interact with customers on a regular basis, to collect feedback and improve the quality of the service being provided.

10. Share dashboards and reports pertaining to the sales numbers on a regular basis.

11. Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience is a must.
