Position Reports to: VP-Sales

Educational qualification (Must have): Graduate

Educational qualification (Additional): Masters/MBA

Skills (Must have): Sales/Business Development experience will be preferred

Should have managed a team

Results focused and self motivated

MS-Excel proficiency

Skills (Desirable): People management and administrative skills

To deliver P&L targets for assigned units

To ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

Ability to develop a well-managed and motivated team

Language-English,Kannada

Detail Job Profile

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas from projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products from Partner Hospitals.

- Target generating Business by meeting key decision makers of Corporate Hospitals and Partner Hospitals like Doctors, Directors including intensivists, ICU In charges, Paramedical staffs also generating revenue by focusing on various channels like Nursing homes, Individual practicing specialists like Oncologists, Neuro physicians, Orthopaetic, Cardio, Diabetics, Gyne etc and chemists and corporate.

- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Manage Patient Care Coordinators posted in Partner hospitals

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
