Polygon Pixels - Executive - Business Development (3-5 yrs)

Polygon Pixels is looking for a Super Performer in the form of a Business Development Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plans and goals

2. Identify markets, hunt and generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts

3. Meeting clients through own network, channel partners as well as leads provided by the company.

4. Ideate and devise strategies and plans as per the client's brief and budget

5. Should be able to work on pitch decks/ppts for client presentation and closures

6. Driving deals to closure, ensuring retention and growing business from clients, agencies and other channel partners.

7. Responsible for driving revenue, achieving set targets and manage relationships with agency groups/ clients/channel partners

8. Should be able to communicate and synergise the detailed requirements of clients with Internal teams for execution and success of the campaigns

9. Have a proven track record of selling digital marketing services to leading brands and corporate organizations.

10. Have a good understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Work Experience and Education requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as business development or sales role in B2B Selling largely to Marketing Heads or CXO's of MSME/large companies.

Preferable Industries: Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Ads, Events among other similar industries.

2. Candidate should be comfortable working with MS Office and Data

3. Experience in making client proposals and ppts.

4. Any Graduate or Post Graduate qualification

5. Additional certifications are a plus.

3. Outstanding organizational skills and computer skills (MS Office, Internet)

4. Ability to multi-task and build relationships with clients
