PolTactics Consulting is a socio-political startup, founded by group of young professionals who were part of some of the most successful & talked about political campaigns such as PM Modi's lok sabha elections 2014, CM Nitish Kumar's Bihar Assembly Elections 2015 and CM Captain Amrinder Singh's Punjab Assembly Elections 2016. PolTactics is a platform for young professionals to gain better and closer insight of Indian Politics and to be an active part of the electoral system.

The founding members of PolTactics have initiated, conceptualized and executed scintillating political campaigns like Chai pe Charcha, Modi in 3D, Halke vich Captain, DNA Campaign Bihar, Jharkhand Jan ki Baat and Government consulting projects like Badh Chala Bihar, Skill India etc.

PolTactics believes in building Nation by creating leaders. Currently, it has undertaken couple of state level projects, one in Jharkhand and another in Rajasthan.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Developing and executing the social media strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with business goals

- Setting quarterly/monthly social media objectives and reporting on ROI

- Developing a digital media plan and executing this plan by purchasing and managing the social media and digital advertising inventory

- Overseeing all aspects of the social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and handling online interactions with customers through social media

- Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive traffic to various SEM properties

- Maximizing followers and brand engagement on all social media platforms for all media properties

- Managing a content calendar across all social media platforms alongside the content team

- Maintaining relationships with experts, influencers and bloggers to increase the reach and following of the team's media properties

- Using various digital tools for social media management (posting, tracking, analyzing, etc.)

- Keeping up-to-date with advances in digital marketing and social media technology and improving the Social Media strategy accordingly

Key requirements:

- A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Social Media marketing

- At least 2 years of experience in running and executing social media campaigns at a digital marketing agency

- Experience of handling the social media marketing of over 5 large MNC clients

- A strong working knowledge of all Social Media marketing practices

- An outstanding ability to think strategically, and to identify and resolve problems

- A strong understanding of web and Social Media analytical tools (like Google Analytics, Keyhole, AgoraPulse and BuzzSumo)
