Role and Responsibilities :
- Experience in email marketing/ sms marketing/ lead generation.
- Planning for email campaigns & SMS campaigns - segmentation, execution & reporting
- Identify the target audience and grow our customer list
- Well versed with using Excel and other data sorting tools to create & segment lists
- Familiar with the concepts of Google Analytics & how website traffic is controlled and reported
- Manage our email marketing customer database, using best practices for list segmentation, list cleansing, and database management
- Experience with any CRM/ Marketing Automation tool
- Should have the understanding of all the metrics associated with the email & SMS channel and should be able to improve them
- Should be able to create and conceptualize SMS & Email copies and work with designers to prepare the creatives
- Should have knowledge of MS. Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup,etc).
