EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum job specifications require a bachelor's degree, or the equivalent, along with 5-10 years of previous sales management and customer support experience.
- Must be self-motivated and must demonstrate the foresight to see what needs to be done in the position and have a strong desire to make things happen.
- Must have strong analytical and systemic thinking skills. Ability to provide accurate and timely information to team members and to seek continuous development/improvement of customer performance metrics and sales reporting. Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret general business data including financial statements.
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information and stay focused. Ability to multitask and make sound recommendations and business decisions in a fast paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Must have the ability to - lead by example- and effectively coordinate with multiple departments including Marketing, R&D, Quality & Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics.
- Candidate must have a track record of achieving sales goals and the ability to demonstrate they can plan and execute sales strategies.
- Candidates must have a history of hiring, training and motivating high-performance sales teams.
- Candidate must have strong negotiation, verbal communications, and human relation skills.
