Role Description:
- To achieve the business objectives and targets for the assigned area with the assigned sales team
- To ensure that Health Insurance becomes a primary contributor to the partner portfolio while achieving the assigned sales targets to the team.
- The role will be the custodian for all sales & distribution initiatives in the assigned area. The incumbent would need to oversee the planning & execution of channel sales in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for channel sales by creating a distribution strategy and sales network
- Overall Value/Volume target achievement for the value business in the assigned area
- Recruitment and continued development of front line sales team
- Contribute towards achieving penetration and share objectives
- Manage regular reviews, systems and processes with the front line & distributors.
- Ensure Sales Processes in line with company intent
- Ensuring continuous focus and senior management support across organization during the entire journey.
- Manage relationship with large partners and companies and deliver services as per commitment
Requirement :
- Good communication, team management and leadership skills
- 4-6 years- managerial experience in health insurance channel sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good performance track record
