Policybazaar - Field Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for Sales Executive Role .Basic job role would be to act as a sales consultant .
- The right candidate should be comfortbale with field sales and targets .
- The right candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English for Lucknow
- The right candidate should have a bike with a DL
- The right candidate should have field sales experience .
- The right candidate should have basic knowledge of Insurance ,banking and financial services .
- The right candidate should have sales skills .
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking ,cold calling and lead generation
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
3.Develop and implement sales startegies to achieve or exceed sales targets
Package ranges from 2.5 LPA -3.5 LPA +Uncapped incentives +travel allowance/Kms .
