Growth Specialist
- We are looking for a growth professional to join our team. You will be responsible for growing the distribution of the channel's content on all existing and new distribution platforms.
- You will be responsible for customer and user acquisition and activation retention.
Job Description :
- Understand the channel's strategic and competitive positioning and work to improve it.
- Acquire insights from content performance and see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with the content and identify gaps.
- Listen to the customers and glean insights from their feedback.
- Optimize current channel performance. Build and maintain analytics, key metrics and systems to measure performance.
- Work closely with channel manager and growth manager to determine growth opportunities for the channel through new content platforms, content formats and digital marketing ideas.
Requirements :
- A passion for non-fiction, entertainment and pop culture content.
- Strong familiarity with entertainment/digital media businesses
- 1- 2 years prior experience in digital marketing.
- Innovative/creative, independent problem solver and a driver of change
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings.
- Self confident and able to act on constructive feedback.
- Excellent understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of how social media marketing & performance marketing is executed and conceptualized.
- Prior basic experience on social media analytical dashboards, Google Ads manager & Facebook Ads Manager will be considered a plus.
