Job Description :
- Creation of levers for Surrender Retention and coordinating with various teams for achievement of those
- Increase retentivity through outbound telecalling for requests raised for Surrender through all touchpoints
- Health check calls to retained cases of Surrender received at frontend touch points
- Track and improve surrender related call handling at inbound and outbound call centre through calibration sessions and improvisation in pitches.
- Track and measure Surrender Requests received and retained at various touchpoints.
- Ensure data sharing of Surrender requests with respective sales SPOC to drive retentivity
- Regular interaction with frontend touchpoints and customer VOC collection to identify areas of improvement
- Coordination with IT for Customer engagement tools like Automated Retention tool and other projects
