Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and creative content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio etc.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and oversee community management activities.
- Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Awesome to have:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Certifications in digital marketing are preferred
