Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating offers and promotions on the Pluckk app.
- Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate pricing and offer details are reflected on the platform.
- Responsible for uploading banners and visual assets on the Pluckk app.
- Ensure that banners are visually appealing, relevant, and aligned with promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging banners that drive user engagement.
- Support in creating and organizing SKUs for products listed on the app.
- Ensure accurate categorization, naming, and tagging of SKUs to facilitate easy navigation and search for users.
- Maintain SKU database integrity by regularly updating product information and attributes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely changes and updates to promotional campaigns on the app.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information, pricing, and offers displayed on the app.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain a seamless user experience.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in the e-commerce industry and understanding of online shopping trends.
