PloPdo - Executive - Telesales (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with customers over calls.
- Responsible for customer relationships after the sale process is complete.
- Call Customers to keep them up to date on products and launch of new products to maintain that relationship.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction level by proactively understanding customer needs.
- Taking Feedbacks, suggestions from customer.
Requirement :
- Highly motivated and target driven Individual.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
- Fresher/Experienced in any domain.
- Kannada & English and basic knowledge of Hindi.
