PloPdo - Creative Strategist (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1) Create and overlook execution of campaigns

- Plan and execute at least one campaign per client every quarter

- Lead brainstorming meetings to create online and integrated marketing campaigns for clients

-Prepare benchmarks and criteria to access the success of campaigns, contests, etc.

- Prepare the campaign deck and present it to the client along with the CSM Ensure the campaign is being executed as per the plan, Collaborate with the team within or with external parties for effective execution of the campaign

- Assist creative lead by contributing ideas for new client pitches Co-ordinate with design and production team for deliverables for client pitches Build case studies based on successful campaigns

2) Plan and overlook execution big ideas

- Plan for 1 big idea for a client every month which will get us mentions

- Lead the brainstorm meetings to finalize the ideas

- Plan and overlook the copy, design, and execution of the idea

- Send the big ideas to industry influencers from whom we can get mentions

3) Lead, mentor and train juniors

- Guide SM partner in ideating strategies to drive engagement and growth of the social media accounts of assigned clients

- Guide Creative partners in creating content calendars and plans

- Conduct IDMs of juniors

- Based on individuals- strengths and weaknesses provide them with a PRE learning plan

- Track every team member performance using the activity and KPI trackers

- Resolve issues and conflicts arising within the team

- Motivate and inspire the team keep improving in their skills and knowledge

- Conduct workshops and training on creative writing, social media, communication styles and strategies

- Conduct technical round interviews and review the tests submitted

- Train the team in using buyer's persona, content framework, survey, and platform insights to build strategies

-Handle client escalations

4) Quality check/approvals of all content created

- Prepare a visual and communication guideline/mood board which best suites each client and their target audience

- Ensure unified brand voice is maintained across different online & offline marketing channels

- Overall, in charge for the quality of all the content published on behalf of the client

- Give feedback to Creative partners and SMEs on the content created

- Give feedback on Trello to design and production team if the standards are not met

- Ensure quality and branding standards are met for every piece of content published for assigned clients

- Provide final approvals on content created
