PloPdo - Community Manager (8-12 yrs)
What you will do ?
- As a Community Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless interaction between our clients and talent network.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify and engage with talent who align with the needs and preferences of our clients, ensuring successful deals and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, product, and marketing
- Resolve any operational challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to cater to the diverse needs of our clients, leveraging our talent network effectively.
- Act as a bridge between clients and talent, promoting their respective strengths, and ensuring that matches are mutually beneficial.
- Review and shortlist talent profiles to suggest to clients.
You should be :
Expert at a Hard Skill : we value specialized proficiency. Whether it's Excel, PowerPoint, SEO, marketing, or design, we seek individuals with a proven skill set.
- Your expertise will be evaluated during the hiring process to confirm its applicability to our team.
- We value folks who can write content like we write as hiring solution, build and our Twitter and LinkedIn handles
- Knowledge about how startups (Pre-seed to Series-B funded) and their stakeholder function, would be a great plus.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and data-driven - you should be comfortable analyzing data and patterns to drive decision-making processes.
- Intrinsically motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the tech-hiring and start-up ecosystem.
- Upholding reliability and efficiency as core standards in running talent operations for us.
- Collaboration and teamwork are key to work closely with both clients and talent
- An adept problem-solver, with a keen eye for identifying issues and the skills to provide effective solutions
Expectations in Week 1 :
- Have a solid understanding of our talent network, product offerings, and the specific needs and preferences of our clients.
- Begin the process of identifying and engaging with talent who align with client requirements. Start collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly those in sales, customer success, product, and marketing to build initial relationships and understand their roles.
- Gain awareness of the operational challenges that may arise in the talent operations process.
Expectations in Month 1 :
- You should be actively contributing to the development and maintenance of a talent pipeline. This includes identifying and engaging with talent to meet the diverse needs of our clients and leveraging our talent network effectively.
- You should be actively participating in talent conversations and client interactions, demonstrating value to both parties.
- You should be contributing to the enhancement of client satisfaction through your actions and insights.
Expectations in Month 6 :
- You should be driving operational excellence and ensuring that the talent operations process is streamlined and efficient.
- You should be providing strategic insights and recommendations for the ongoing improvement of our talent operations and client management, based on your experience and expertise.
