ROLE :

Plivo is looking for Sales Development Representative, to join our growing sales team. As the foundation of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing all of Plivo's inbound and outbound lead generation. You will generate and qualify opportunities for the team and do outreach to enterprise and mid-market companies in direct support of the sales and marketing teams. RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive Plivo's growth with the help of Inbound & Outbound Business Development effort with a focus on qualifying and generating qualified leads.

- Execute and own Outbound campaigns required for generating qualified opportunities

- Work on churning the leads generated from various Marketing campaigns and take them through the cycle of qualification to closure/transfer as required.

- Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline.

- Cold call, prospecting, and pipeline building with opportunity identification and closing.

- Research prospect contact information, map a customer account and identify best way to develop a relationship.

- Market Plivo's offerings in the international markets.

- Articulate Plivo's business value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelors in a Technical stream

- 2-3 years of Lead generation and Business development experience with a Tech offering.

- Experience of inside sales for lead generation.

- Experience of cold calling and engaging with a global target audience.

- Proficiency with Inside Sales tools including sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn,Ms-Office etc.

- Strong business written and oral communication skills.

- Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to master product knowledge.

- Work in a highly demanding and competitive environment.
