Playment - Executive - Digital Marketing/SEM (1-5 yrs)

Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for helping to manage paid media strategies for the business. The person can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of paid ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Create, launch and manage Google Adwords campaigns

- Create engaging and effective Ad copies

- Daily monitoring and optimization of ads to make sure that we achieve our goals.

- Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Facebook and other ad platforms.

- Management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.

- Designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.

- Generate daily, weekly and monthly campaign reporting for all key metrics.

- Optimizing ROI through other paid channels like FB Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising.

- Studying Web traffic and analytics, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with marketing goals.

Professional Competencies :

- Passion for Digital marketing and should be aware of concepts - off-page/on-page SEO, PPC marketing.

- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.

- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.

- Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to digital marketing initiatives.

- High levels of integrity, and self-motivation.

- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and time management skills.

Experience :

- 1+ years (Marketing experience to promote a growing startup will be an added advantage) AdWords certification a plus.

- Professional Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and Word.

- Strong command of written English for deciding ad copies.

- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console.

- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bing).

- AdWords / Bing certification a plus.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
