Roles and Responsibilities

- Maximize ROI in paid search campaigns by executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights

- Tracking, reporting and analysis of Web Analytics and PPC initiatives / campaigns

- Managing and forecasting campaign budgets and reconciling discrepancies

- Optimizing landing pages for search engine marketing

- Keyword optimization, discovery and expansion

- Research and implementation of search engine optimization recommendations

- Analysis and research on competitor advertising links

- Development and implementation of link building strategy

- Implementation of SEO best practices on newly developed code

- Drive SEO in content programming and creation by working with marketing team

- Improve SEO positions for target keywords on website

- Increase rankings on all major search networks through link building, content strategy and keyword strategy

- Manage SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing to maximize ROI

Skills and Other Requirements

- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

- Understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition

- Proven SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns

- In-depth knowledge of Web Analytic tools

- Experience with Bid Management Tools

- Experience with AB and multivariate experiments

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript development and constraints

- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices followed in SEO and SEM
