Business Development Trainee
- PlanetSpark is on a mission to build the next generation of confident speakers and creative writers. We are a global company impacting over 13 countries through live 1:1 personalized classes on Public Speaking and Creative Writing through handpicked top 1% of teachers. Our kids participate in gripping debates, create viral Youtube videos, start their own podcast channels, perform stand-up comedy, write nail-biting mystery stories, and become confident and fearless speakers.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Position : Business Development Trainee
Location : Gurgaon ( Work From Home For One Month Only)

Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Deliver sales pitches and convert cold leads into customers/partners.
- Candidate must get driven Eager to join sales
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry
Requirements :
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Hard core sales role hence the candidate must be a "go-getter" who is ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude.
- Deliver sales pitches and convert cold leads into customers/partners.
- High incentive earn ability on customer acquisition.
- Candidate must get driven
Training period : 1 month
Stipend : 5000fixed +5000 variable
- After training ( Work from the office)
- CTC will be 4 LPA fixed + 2.6LPA variable
Important Criteria :
1) Willing to work 6 days a week
2) Willing to work in a Start-up
3) Should be ready to work from the office after 1 month of training.
