Your Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Creating SOPs and monitoring the daily work of the team.

- Sharing team reports and delivering team targets.

- Training of new joiners and creating performance metrics

- Taking team meetings, creating a plan to deliver the targets

- Building a high-performing team and performance-driven culture.

What are We Looking For?

- Team handling experience of 2-3 years.

- Worked in a target-based role in the past.

- Have worked on multiple projects and built them from scratch.

- Excel knowledge is a must.
