Job Description :

1. Calling Leads

- Call on parent leads through your CRM

- 60-75 leads are to be called daily

2. Generating trial classes : 

- Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class3. 

- Take counselling sessions and convert them

- Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes

- Close the sale through smart and strategic approach

- Generate Revenue (3L+ per month)

Requirements: :

- Hard core sales role hence the candidate must be a "go getter" who is ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude. 

- Deliver sales pitches and convert cold leads into customers/partners.

 - High incentive earnability on customer acquisition.

- Candidate must get driven

- Eager to join sales.

Important Criteria :

1) Willing to work 6 days a week

2) Willing to work in a Start-up

3) Mondays Off for US shift and Thursdays off for Domestic

4) Job Location : Gurgaon,

CTC : The candidates will be entitled for a stipend amount of Rs.5000 every month till the time you hit the revenue of 1 Lakh. Post Training clearance and achieving your 1 Lakh revenue. Below CTC will be applicable.

- The candidates overall training period is for 1 month. Which can be extended if needed. Post Training clearance Below CTC will be applicable.

1) Domestic Shift Package Details - INR 6.6 LPA( 4 LPA fixed + 2.6 LPA variable)

Shift Timing - India- 9:30am to 6:30pm

2) US/Canada Shift Package Details - INR 7.2 LPA( 4.6 LPA fixed+ 2.6LPA variable)

Shift Timing - 8:00pm to 5:00am
