Job Description and Skills Required :
Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive for sales of ERP in existing and new markets. First and foremost, we are looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. Were looking for development executor who is customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should be able to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.
- Background with sales ERP sales and manufacturing is compulsory.
Business Development Executive responsibilities :
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
Key Skills :
- Experience in selling packaged software ERP solutions
- Experience in software sales process for ERP,CRM & HRMS
- Must be able to identify decision makers initiate and close deals and follow through on a consultative sales approach
- Enthusiastic and a 'can do' attitude a must along with the flexibility to spend extra time in office if required
- Exposure to the ERP stack of Software Product/Applications -marketing and sales will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure and generate results
The training will be provided by us for ERP software.
