Job Title : Sales Executive

Job Description :

- A Sales Executive for HRMS (Human Resource Management System) Solutions is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the HRMS software and services of the company. The role involves building relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and pain points, and presenting HRMS solutions to address those needs. The Sales Executive is responsible for closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HRMS industry.

- Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.

- Present HRMS solutions to potential clients through demos and presentations.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals.

- Meet or exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to generate leads.

- Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance metrics.

- Continuously maintain and update the CRM database.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the HRMS industry (Advantage).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies.

- Ability to understand and present technical information to potential clients.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Freshers are Welcome, Experience in the same field is an advantage.
