- Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.

- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies as per your given city.

- Works with marketing team(HQ) to develop detailed marketing plans for all Branches.

- Liaising and negotiating with vendors.

- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing materials

- Increases brand awareness and acts as a representative for the marketing department to close important accounts

- Tracks monthly marketing activities across all channels and shares detailed post-event report.

- Handle marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback from past campaigns.

- Monthly Review, Quarterly Review & Yearly Review to understand how marketing strategies can be enhanced and changes that might need to get implemented.

- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

- Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success

- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.

- Handling vendor Negotiations / payments.

- Negotiating sponsorship deals.

- Handling logistics for all on-ground marketing activities

- Obtaining permits for events if required

- Brand Building Activates.

- Maintaining a strong relation with all our partners / vendors.

- Set up meetings for events + Brand alliances.

Skills & Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.

- Should be well versed in spoken and written English.

- Must be proficient with excel/ PowerPoint/word

- Must be comfortable with late working hours.

- Numerical skills is important to maintain budgets & invoices

- Must be self-motivated and eager to work independently with support from team members.

- She should be in all form of presentation like power point movie mode etc

- Should be creative & have innovation

- Good oratory skills and presentability

- Preferable female

- Willing to travel
