Pivotal Software - Assistant Manager - Marketing (3-5 yrs)
- The Assistant Marketing Manager will drive key marketing initiatives, collaborating with external stakeholders and internal teams. With 3-5 years of marketing experience, the candidate will exhibit a keen sense of brand aesthetics, manage diverse channels including social media and website design, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Ownership :
- Own and execute key marketing initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including Creative Agency, Digital/Performance Marketing Agency, Media Agency, and PR Agency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the architect, design, product, technology, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Creative Aptitude :
- Demonstrate a keen sense of copy, design, and overall aesthetic in line with the White Lotus brand.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging marketing collateral.
Multichannel Marketing :
- Possess a working understanding of Social Media, including content creation and influencer marketing.
- Manage website design, campaign management, and digital marketing initiatives.
Experience :
- Require 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on diverse marketing channels (ATL, BTL, TTL).
- Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment, preferably in a startup or creative agency.
Entrepreneurial Mindset :
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively seeking opportunities for innovation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment and collaborate effectively with the core leadership team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
