Brand Marketing Manager - D2C Startup

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join a dynamic team with a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) startup in the Beauty & Personal Care industry based out of Navi Mumbai. The company is looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment, with a strong focus on experimental marketing and data-driven decision making. Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing concepts. Candidates from the Beauty and Personal care industry are preferred.

Job duties and responsibilities

Develop and Implement Innovative Marketing Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies integrating experimental approaches to enhance brand awareness and promote our products/services to the target audience.

Creative Content Development : Generate compelling and experimental marketing content, including but not limited to, social media posts, blogs, videos, and graphics, to engage our audience and increase brand loyalty. Continuously test different content formats and styles to identify the most effective approaches.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize consumer insights and experiment results to inform marketing strategies. Analyse consumer behaviour data, feedback, and experimental outcomes to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer experiences.

Digital Marketing : Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM for experimentation purposes. Test different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt marketing strategies, conduct relevant experiments, and identify new opportunities.

Website Management : Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve the website user experience and support the organization's goals and strategies. Stay up to date with the latest web design & development trends, identify ways to improve website UX and fulling opportunities for website improvement based on user feedback and performance matrix.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with product development, sales, and design agencies to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and product launches. Share insights from experiments to inform product development and user experience enhancements.

Campaign Management : Lead the Campaign Process and work with the agency to ensure campaigns are integrated on and offline, driving sales and profitability for existing products, as well as launching new products to market.

Skills, Traits And Qualifications Needed

Extensive D2C marketing experience delivering acquisition targets to agreed budgets Excellent project manager, ability to juggle multiple jobs and strong attention to detail. Highly commercial with the ability to effectively measure ROI of activity Strong analytical skills with the ability to piece together information from multiple sources to see the bigger picture.
