Pittie Group - National Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG Vertical (10-20 yrs)
- The National Sales Manager - General Trade is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of the company's general trade channel on a national level. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, overseeing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Empaneling with distributors and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand our business in the country.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Collaborating with distributors teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
