Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify and respond to leads in a time-bound manners

- Answer prospect questions in a manner that improves conversion with qualified leads

- Customize the pitch presentation for each qualified demo/conversation

- Follow-up and re-engage, re-activate sales accepted leads that have gone cold

Techno-Functional Expertise Required:

- Understand the industry, segments, personas, value props, and product features

- Know-how of internal tools meant for lead qualification

- Set-up, run, manage, adopt best practices and experiment with outreach, chat & CRM workflows

- Upkeep of LinkedIn profile and engagement based on the best practices

Skills Required:

- Grasp of prospect context & the ability to match our products/offerings

- Sense of urgency

- Analysis of data to come up with the next best action

- Curiosity to experiment, learn, adopt and train peers on new tools

- 'Best in class' articulation, tact & warmth in communication
