Responsibilities :

- To assist customers with their queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc via Emails, phone, whatsapp, and online chat. Deal with multiple customers at the same time.

- To answer customer queries and manage customer expectations through interactions via Emails, whatsapp, Message, and Phone

- To provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions.

- To maintain high standards of customer relations by maintaining achieving and maintaining superior Quality standards.

- To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines

- To stay updated with constant changes in regulations and developments within the industry to help customers most effectively and avoid repeat contacts.

Requirements :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent speaking skills and polite nature

- Must be Customer Centric.

- Must have an analytical bent of mind

- Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills.

- Ability to take on stretch assignments and deliver under pressure.

- Must be patient

- Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience will be preferred.
