Responsibilities:

- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits

- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest

- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships

- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies

- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners- liaison internally

- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership

Must-haves

Requirements (What we look for in candidates):

- 1-3 years of work experience in any sales development, business development, inside-sales role.

- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.

- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.

- Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven.

- Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.

- Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of one year.

Good To Have :

- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies or Ecommerce as a domain

- Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zoominfo, etc.

- The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets
