PillarPlus - Specialist - Lead Generation (1-5 yrs)

If you understand B2B lead generation and social media, you should be able to excel in this role! Work directly with the marketing manager and founders.

We have 7 types of ideal customer profiles clearly defined. These customers are builders, architects, PMC firms. We require a lead generation specialist to target these profiles at scale using cost-effective and innovative strategies.

Work involves the following :

- Database generation 

- Collecting email ids, phone numbers, etc. using social media accounts, online websites 

- Ensure accuracy of data

- Performance marketing - Ads - Optimization

- Run email campaigns - Optimization

- LinkedIn Outreach - Target the right profiles

- Instagram Outreach - Target the right profiles

Prior requirement :

-1-3 years experience in lead generation in a B2B startup

- You should be very good in English - writing and speaking

- Knowledge of social media is a must

- Result-oriented approach
