Sales Development Representatives


- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will qualify leads, identify sales opportunities, and leverage exploratory conversations to pitch the value of our software. You will book product demos for Account Executives and help them close deals through detailed discovery calls.

What you will do:

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling campaigns, 80+ calls per day.

- Run email and LinkedIn campaigns on existing databases while improving upon the details, adding new leads found or updating new referrals.

- Engage with potential customers on WhatsApp and SMS to build trust, credibility and rapport.

- Contact and qualify inbound leads, complete needs assessment, and schedule demos for Account Executives. Inbound leads will be through marketing campaigns like email, website and social media

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

- Proactively keep abreast of our industry, technology and competitor landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.

- Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM.

- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed.

- Report to your team leader on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

What you will bring:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to conduct high volume phone and email outreach, American accent would be preferred

- A team-centric attitude with a desire to collaborate, support, and share learnings with peers

- Adaptability and ability to think outside the box when addressing potential obstacles

- 2+ years inside sales experience or support experience involving dealing with SaaS clients preferred

- Past experience in running email campaigns & using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Experience with CRM softwares like Salesforce or Zoho Bigin preferred
