We are bringing digitalization and automation into construction.

We build cloud based AI software to automate the creation of construction blueprints. We put life into a building by designing its mechanical, fire, electrical, plumbing services. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, top architects and engineers, PillarPlus is funded by the best incubator from Silicon Valley, US - Y Combinator.

We are now building a new SaaS application to manage construction job sites across India. Our platform is currently deployed across various construction sites in India & handles more than 500 acres of construction.

We were awarded as a top 10 IITian driven startup in Asia for 2020.

We are looking for a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team. You'll be part of the growth team with a focus on managing our sales & marketing team. We- re looking for someone who can take full responsibility for the growth department. Your sole aim is to aggressively scale our products & services across India.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Manage team of account executives, sales development representatives & customer success managers

2. Achieve monthly and weekly revenue targets

3. Manage team of digital marketing executives & freelancers for content creation, updation of marketing collaterals & social media profiles

4. Manage team of lead generation executives for email & LinkedIn marketing

5. Meet, pitch and present our management software & consultancy services to clients

6. Keep records of customer interactions regarding project discussions with follow-ups

7. Analyse the market and prepare new strategies for the growth of the company

8. Prepare & improve training modules with handling customer based on scenarios & types

9. Improve process of in-person, on-call & video: Meets, pitching, presenting material

Competencies & Skills Required :

1. Should have min. 5 years of B2B sales experience (software products or consultancy services)

2. Must have knowledge in the construction industry with past work experience

3. Must have B2B marketing experience

4. Mandatory to have good communications skills, interpersonal skills

5. People's person to present & talk to customers
