E-mail Marketing Executive
- 5 days working (alternate Saturday's are off)
Location : Mumbai (Andheri East, Chakala).
Job Responsibility :
- Manage Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Create customer segments based on different rules.
- Plan Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Communications and create a communication calendar.
- Do product merchandising on Email Templates.
- Automate Marketing Journeys based on customer behavior.
- Help in Website cataloging and management.
- Plan offer structures and proper implementation.
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports for the business.
- Use Google Analytics, and other similar analytics tools.
- Continuous research on trends and competition analysis.
- Work with the team to plan and execute all CRM marketing initiatives, including marketing database, email, sms, WhatsApp etc.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for retention and monetization.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experiences.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
