Pikndel - Head - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
What will you do?
- Manage day-to-day Customer Support Operations.
- Resolve issues that come up on calls/chats/emails.
- Escalation management & coordination with multiple teams to resolve delivery concerns.
- Handle escalations which were not solvable by L-1 executives.
- Achieve monthly team KRA targets.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
- Improve utilization & efficiency of the team.
- In future recruit an efficient team under him/her.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Understanding of Quality & Implementation of feedback.
- Flexible and proactive frame of mind.
- Attention to detail & Creative problem-solving.
- Must be able to Identify customer-impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and suggest process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate.
- 3 Month Probation
- Salary : 20- 25 K/per month
