PieEye - Associate - Customer Success (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will analyse and troubleshoot issues and help our customers use our products and services efficiently.
- Analyse and troubleshoot issues, including account setup, email configuration etc.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Product or Engineering team).
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate solutions.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged and categorised.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on Product usage.
- Document knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Maintain strong relationships with Customers.
- Create QBRs stats and conduct them effectively.
- Ensure upsell and cross-sell opportunities are created and utilised wisely.
- Ability to provide step-by-step help, excellent written and verbal communication is a must have.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Support Executive or a similar role
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg.Freshdesk, Drift)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Going above and beyond to ensure Customer Satisfaction at all times
